Shipping

Flat rate shipping throughout Australia of $10.95 per order. Packages will be sent via Australia Post. Due to my location and the current frequent weather events, expect shipping to take up to two weeks. Tracking information will be provided. Every effort will be made to ship your order on the day it is made or the next available business day.

Free local delivery

Free local delivery is available in Port Hedland, South Hedland and Wedgefield. This will usually occur within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch via email to info@growstronglcpt.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be in original condition, with any packaging intact. Postage for your returned item is your responsibility. Refunds or replacement will occur within 48 hours of your item being received by Grow Strong.

If your order contains a faulty product, please be in touch immediately via email to arrange return, replacement or refund.
